Hi Everyone,

A few friends have been writing and asking, where are you? You okay? So I thought I would write and say hello to everyone and let you all know that I've been busy struggling through a difficult time in my life. I've been in the middle of an emotionally challenging protracted divorce for nearly a full year now. With any luck we will be able to come to a resolution in a few months time.

On many levels my life is so much better now and I'm very thankful for that. I'm not going to get into the details of any of it but there are several obvious downsides to divorce.

In any case, I mention this because I am going to list a few guitars on the site tomorrow that unfortunately I need to sell rather quickly.

I will post pictures and my suggested price. The idea will obviously be to secure the price listed. The price range of the instruments will be from $850 to $2,500 US. If any of you are interested in buying the guitars please make a comment on the blog and also send me a message.

If it ends up that there are multiple folks interested in the same instrument I will be happy to help moderate the situation and help find a resolution. I may possibly be able to suggest an alternative instrument for purchase.

The payment details will be worked out through private messages on the site.

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions about how to implement the best and most fair way to handle the possibility of a bidding war here please let me know your thoughts as comments on this blog. I would like to make sure this works in a friendly and professional manner.

I hope to post the guitars by the late afternoon tomorrow or at least before I go to bed tomorrow night.

If no-one is interested that is perfectly okay too. I may do some e-Bay stuff at some point as well. I just figured I would try this out and avoid the extra fees etc.
